Dear Doctor sharing an Difficult and intersting case of cholangioscopy.

This patient had failed ERCP

Post liver transplant anastomotic site CBD stricture with large calculi CBD.

Cholangioscopy and lithotrypsy performed all stones removed. Anastomotic site stricture wire negotiated under cholangioscopy guidance, stricture dilated and stent placed leading to completion of ERCPs
